What does the selected option include?
Beginner - 2/3/4 training days per week: This option gives you the flexibility to choose between full-body training programs for 2, 3 or 4 training days per week and is the foundation for the main exercises of Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.
Intermediate Powerbuilding - 5 training days per week: This option consists of 2 different full-body training programs which, in addition to the main focus on building strength, also take the aesthetic aspect into account.
Differences to Boost Hypertrophy:
Volume calculation for the 3 main exercises - squat, bench press and deadlift. These are optimized for hypertrophy, strength and peak phases to ensure maximum progress.
Training programs that focus on the main exercises that form the backbone of your workout, supplemented by targeted assistance exercises.
Built-in Active Rest phases, which can be used after competition or intense training blocks, provide recovery phases to prevent overexertion and promote regeneration.
Cycle and phase planning are designed specifically for powerlifting and powerbuilding to systematically build strength and muscle mass.
