Beginner - 3 training days per week: This option consists of 2 consecutive training phases in the form of full-body training programs.
Beginner - 4 training days per week: This option consists of 2 consecutive training phases, but in the form of an upper-lower body split.
Intermediate - 3 training days per week: This option consists of 3 different variations, including 2 full-body plans and a push-pull-leg plan.
Intermediate - 4 training days per week: This option consists of 3 different variations, two of which are upper-lower body splits, while the third plan offers a mix of upper body, lower body and full body training.
Intermediate - 5 training days per week: This option consists of 2 different variations, the first plan follows the upper-lower-upper-lower-upper body split. The second plan is a push-pull-leg-upper-lower body split.
